Air Cess aviation is probably the world's most documented airlines name at the highest official levels by governments worldwide, and the most recognized aviation company by the United Nations and its related circles and organizations. Although the company no longer exists since the end of 2000, it is still being discussed and talked about on a daily-basis at the highest political levels. Air Cess Aviation became a legend because of its founder, Victor A. Bout, a man who has been discussed, debated, argued, analyzed, and scrutinized by the world as a whole, and had specialized intelligence divisions in all of the world's power housed specially assigned to reveal the mysteries surrounding him and his business-core, Air Cess Aviation.
Company ProfileAir Cess started as a charter cargo operation that was later developed to include passenger operations. The company's initial fleet consists of four Antonov-8 cargo aircraft, that grew to a total of 29 aircraft at the peak of Aircess operations. Aircess was a private company fully owned by the young, charismatic, and very energetic Victor A. Bout. A born-salesman Russian businessman with undying love for aviation, and eternal drive to succeed. Aircess was a dream that materialized into reality for every person that came in contact with the company; regardless at what side of the fence that person stood. For Victor and the hundreds of employees worked in the company, Aircess was the place where their dreams of creating a solid airlines while earning a living. For the others, like the UN contractor Johan Peleman and the media exploiters, Aircess was the cause of their fame and richness. As for the unknown, Aircess was the way to become known and recognizable. Whatever the objective might be, saying "Aircess" is nothing short of saying the magic word needed to open the magic gate to recognitions, good and bad. Aircess Employees were by majority Russians at the company's inception; however, the diversity of the staff grew as fast as the company grew to include Europeans, Americans, Asians, and Africans. Aircess' employees were more than one thousand strong, representing more than 100 different nationalities at the peak of the company's operations
